Hi, I’m Tom.

I’m Tom — a Business Process Systems Manager with a habit of seeing how things fit together before anyone’s finished explaining them.

I’ve spent years working at the intersection of operations, data, and technology across telecommunications, freight forwarding, and manufacturing — helping teams work smarter by improving the systems and workflows they rely on every day. In 2021, I led the rollout of an ERP system under serious pressure and on a tight deadline.

That system has since processed over £30 million in revenue and continues to scale. Work like that sharpens your thinking fast.

My toolkit spans Power BI, SQL, Crystal Reports, SugarCRM, and Python — and I’m increasingly weaving AI into the workflows I build and manage. I’m also deepening the data side through a Level 4 Data Analytics apprenticeship, learning the methods and thinking behind the dashboards I’ve been building for years.

Right now, I’m at an interesting point — personally and professionally. The organisation I work for is growing rapidly, and the demand for better data, scalable systems, and automation (including AI) is real. I’m deliberately building the skills to meet that moment.
